I could never get into protein bars in the past--the texture was too gooey, rendering the bar indigestible. The Kind bars are different. Not only do they taste great, but they have quality, non-GMO ingredients. I highly recommend!

Although the bars come packed with nuts and grains they always taste amazing. Every morning I grab one of these that I take with me to for breakfast plus I have an extra in my lunch for an afternoon snack.

The bar itself is packed with peanuts, on the bottom is a layer of peanut butter. Personally it was ok. Probably won't pick up on my regular grocery runs.
