The protien in it, along with a nice drink of water, helped keep me full when I had worked out and then had to jump into a round of meetings that did not allow for a meal. I can't speak to how well it travels but the texture and ingredients indicate that it may melt a bit if left in too warm spaces. Overall, while it's not something I'd eat everyday it's a great and yummy snack in a pinch

I loved that a good amount of my protein for the morning came from these. The ingredients are good and it was well made. And it was a bonus they actually taste good unlike many other protein bars. So I was pleasantly surprised. I 10/10 recommend. KIND never disappoints me .

They are not overly sweet nor salty. Something even the kids are able to eat. My husband loves the taste of the peanut butter bar.

The bar is very crunchy, but it is not overwhelming. The peanut butter is soft rather than sticky. Overall, this is a great go-to bar.

I felt it lacked a little something but I think that’s just me and my salty peanut preference. But for a quick snack this is perfect. I shared it with my 4 year old and he wanted the whole bar! This thumbs up from a 4 year old! Will definitely be keeping these on hand for quick snacks!

The flavor is good, the nutrients are easy to keep track of and are high in the contents that I'm currently tracking and need more of and it's an easy snack to grab that keeps me feeling full between meals.

I like these bars and how easy they are to take on the go for a little snack. The ingredient list is awesome, clean, and the protein content is great! Especially if you’re someone who gets tired of snacks like carrots or salads. I feel good about the protein and genuinely enjoy the texture and flavor of these bars. The convenience can’t be beat and are way better to have in hand than grabbing things like candy bars or chips. Overall, I confidently recommend these bars.
