Moderate calorie count with 12g of protein (not too bad). Larger in size in comparison to a regular Kind bar. Great flavor and texture - not too crumbly which is the worst after a work out !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kind Protein Bar tastes really good, i love the crunch if it and it's a great snack to have and take on the go as well. The Kind Bar has a great texture and all the different kinds of nuts like pecan and trail mix. I so love the taste and my family too. I would definitely recommend.

Not too sweet and made with high quality ingredients, these bars keep me fueled up and feeling good through the day. If you're on the fence about these, just try them - you won't be disappointed!

This is the type of protein bar that everyone in my house likes and that I can feel good about giving to my family and eating myself. It’s perfect for mid-day snack...it tames my hunger, gives me some energy and appeases my sweet tooth! With no guilt~except when I eat more than one or two:)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got these and were thrilled. I love peanut butter and unfortunately these specific vrand of bars in the peanut butter flavor were a bit too salty for my liking. I did enjoy that they were soft and chewy yet still crunchy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bars are ok. I think the flavor was ok, but it's pricey for what you get. There are many other protein bar options, and better prices, with more protein. Kind has really carved out a niche, but I don't think this is one of them.
