It wasn’t too salty and wasn’t too sweet, which is often my problem with other brands of protein bars. The peanut butter bar was tasty and crunchy and satisfying. A nice option for snacking.

When biting into them, they have a crunch but NOTHING like the crumbly mess you get with Nature Valley and they are soft enough to actually chew without breaking a tooth. Overall, not the best but far from the worst. Recommend
