Kind bars are usually not the best tasting bars out there but they are always something I look for when I need a healthy, quick snack during a hike or something outdoorsy.

The bar is very crunchy, but it is not overwhelming. The peanut butter is soft rather than sticky. Overall, this is a great go-to bar.

Tastes really good and not overly sweet which I appreciate in a bar. I probably could have gotten away with only eating half and being full for a while. The protein in it comes from both peanut butter and milk powder, so it does include a lot of protein-- not all of it from plant sources. The bar did the trick in terms of giving me a filling taste and lasting nutrition for a while. It was easy and convenient, too! 5-star!
