It has 250 calories, 12g of protein (8g from the peanuts), is high in fiber, has 18g of fat, is low in sodium, and has no Trans fat. This bar is gluten free, low glycemic, no genetically engineered ingredients, and no artificial flavors or sweeteners.

He absolutely loves the crunchy peanut butter. He likes that it isn't full of weird ingredients. Great option for a yummy snack that ain't too bad for you at all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you enjoy the taste of Kind bars, or if you haven't tried them and just know that you don't like the taste of traditional protein bars, I'd definitely recommend giving these ones a try! They have 12g of soy protein isolate vs 7g in their regular bars. Great if you have lactose intolerance or trying to avoid whey protein. Some people have concerns with soy, but I'd rather have that be my protein source than dairy. There are no sugar alcohols, which is great bc those tend to upset my stomach (I have IBS) and no issues there! There's 6g of added sugar - 8g total. Not bad, and they're plenty sweet to satisfy someone with a sweet tooth! The bar was not chalky or gritty like protein bars generally can be, in fact, I couldn't really taste a difference from this and their original bars. That's a great thing!

They aren't too salty and they fill me up enough to be a satisfying little snack when I need a little something. The amount of protein in the little bar is great so I feel good about what I'm eating too.
