[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only had the peanut butter bar but it was pretty tasty. I don’t like protein bars that taste like straight protein and hurt your stomach. These seem to have good taste and blend that doesn’t cause that.

Compared to an original Kind bar, this protein bar is a 25% bigger bar, and more in line with many other protein bars' sizes. This bar is "from real food," as its name states, so the natural protein source from nuts (14 grams) is lower than other or GMO-produced protein bars. Other clean benefits of this bar: no artificial flavors or sweeteners, no genetically engineered ingredients, low glycemic index, gluten free, zero trans fat, low sodium and high in fiber (6 grams). In tiny print on the wrapper back, "18g Fat Per Bar" beneath the larger printed "HIGH IN FIBER." Don't get confused or mislead. And not all fats are bad fats.
