Even though sugar is not "low," they have less than other healthy branded products and it is of much higher quality. These are a much healthier alternative to cereal bars and other protein bars that are loaded with corn syrup and synthetic sugar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kind Protein bars are good for a pick-me-up on the go. They are packaged well and slim so they fit most anywhere. The Crunchy Peanut Butter Bar is not my favorite flavor because it has an odd sweetness that doesn't match well with the peanut flavor. On the plus side it has 14% of your daily recommended protein, 21% for fiber and is low sodium at 6%. On the downside, it has added sugar, 23% of your daily recommended fat intake and 250 calories for a fairly small snack.

Also great for on the go before sports practices, in the lunchbox, or those weekend hikes these are super packed with flavor and always stocked up and available at our house.

I liked the flavor except for the soy isolate which tastes like a protein powder. It is not overall sweet and very crunchy. Great for a snack or quick meal.
