It's as simple as twist and go. I love that the blender has a lid ready to twist on for even less dishes to wash. Blending time was fast and it was smooth. I keep forgetting there are added suction cups to the base, so this doesn't slide around or get knocked over very easily. This is also compact enough to keep on my counter for even more use. Great for those post workout days when I don't want to make much except a protein shake.
