I am glad the brand holds up its customer service. I got one of their lovely lunch bags but for some reason the zipper broke. Was a little disappointed as the quality was great size was perfect for my sons bag and it keeps his lunch nice and cold. So I got in touch with them and told them my situation. I couldn’t find the receipt for the life of me but did register. Abby was understanding and help me find a resolution. Will be a returning customer!

Grandchild has difficulty opening latch. I tried to tell her to put one hand flat on the box while opening the latch. However it is stiff and so she holds it upright and the food spills out. By the way she is 4 yrs old.and why don;t you have videos of young children demonstrating instead of adults. Also the carousel print doesnt have a matching pin bag only the purple

I have been using this product for a year. It’s perfect for my packing lunch to send to school. It saves a lot of baggies! I have noticed the rubber on the top will stain depending which food I send. Also despite cleaning it daily, the top still managed to get moldy. It was suggested to use cling wrap or something similar between the food and the top. I will try this in the future.

I have a total of 4 lunch bags and recently 2 of them had some warranty issues, both were replaced with ease with a simple phone call. We were helped by Michael and he was great!!! Overall we love our lunch bags and will continue using them as long as the kids cooperate!!! We have the bentgo ice paks that fit easily into the bag as well as bentgo boxes. We love all the products and they hold up well to our two toddlers at daycare!

I have had 2 bentgos where my son has somehow managed to unhinge the hinges (not the clasps). It is near impossible to get the hinges back in once popped out. I had to throw one away and the other just keeps coming undone. That being said, I do think this is the best lunch box on the market. Plus the customer service is great so that is why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 2 (if they did not offer to replace, I would have given 2).

These bento boxes are perfect for on the go kids, my son has used them for the past two years going to day care and preschool. He loves the fun prints, we’ve had sharks and rocket ships so far! We’ve never had an issue with these bentgo boxes leaking and they fit perfectly in his LL bean lunchbox. We will be using bentgo for many years to come!

Everything is great with the products we have. They work well and are airtight! The only thing I wish we could do is upgrade the boxes with the collection colors. I bought the one before the boxes came with the print on the outside. It would be great if there were stickers we could buy that would upgrade the boxes with the design they should have. On another note one of my kids designs has all the accessories and another child only has the box and bags in her design. When will all the designs have all the accessories? And when will there be stainless steal for both utensils and bottles?

My son recieved this as a gift and loved it! It make packing lunch a breeze but I was disappointed when I noticed dark spots on the inside and the lining was coming up in places. I reached out to customer service and they got me set with a replacement

We have tried many different brands of lunch boxes. They have all come back broken or with missing pieces with one exception - this one! It still looks like new. Finally a product that can endure the wear and tear of a child. We will only be buying bentgo boxes from now on.

I bought this lunch box for my daughter and I was extremely happy with how convenient it is to use. I could fit a wide variety of snacks into it, and none of them would mix up with each other. The food did not leak into her school bag, even though there were sauces and liquid foods in it sometimes. I also received excellent customer service.
