This was our very first Bentgo box and it was a great purchase! The box is definitely leak proof and keeps the food separated. After some time though, the leakproof sealing became soft and particles were coming off of it. Customer service was very attentive to the issue and offered to send a replacement. I would definitely purchase this again.

I can't recommend the Bentgo Kids lunch box enough! Not only are the prints adorable and the colors vibrant, but every compartment is so well-designed and appealing to kids. And the fact that it's leak-proof is an absolute game changer - you can serve yogurt or other messy foods without worrying about them smearing around and making a mess. I bought the unicorn print lunchbox for my 5 year old daughter in January 2023. We love all the features specially being leak proof. The size of each compartment is perfect. A couple of months ago we had a problem with one of the hinges coming off on one side. We have no idea how did it happen since the rest of the lunchbox is intact. I recently contacted customer service and got an almost immediate response. They will send me a replacement lunchbox at no cost. I am very happy with this company.

These lunch boxes are the perfect size for my kids’ lunches. Both my kids love theirs! This company’s customer service is also top notch- they reply very quickly and are happy to resolve any issues you may have. I would definitely recommend Bentgo to all parents of littles out there!

I got these water bottles when I needed to replace the Dr Browns sippy cups my 2.5 year old twins had been using for over a year. They needed a faster flow and a larger capacity for holding water at preschool. I decided to check out the Bentgo brand because we had gotten lunchboxes for Christmas that we loved. These water bottles were a hit too! The flip top is easy for them to open on their own, the bottles don’t leak, and their favorite part is the cute prints. They know which print is theirs and get downright mad if you give them the wrong one. We ended up buying the entire matching set - not just the water bottle, but the backpack and lunch bag to go with the lunch box too. Our preschool teachers love that sharks are always one kid and puppies are always the other. No mixing up our stuff!

I have been using Bentgo lunchboxes for my two kids for years. They are great! They are made out of quality material and they are sturdy and versatile. I love the different compartments and my kids love how you can store a variety of foods and snacks in them. I can't see myself ever using anything other than this.

I was happily surprised by the sturdiness of this box. It looks and feels solid and the container has great seal. One of the best parts for me was the grippiness of the bottom of the box so my child can’t slip it around or accidentally throw it. I think the sauce container could be bigger or more square cause it’s a bit hard to reach all the way down for my 1 year old. It fits well into the diaper bag. Their customer service was great too when the wrong style was gifted. They were responsive and helped with getting a replacement with the design we originally wanted!

I bought the fairies for my daughter and recently the clasp broke. Sent an email to customer service (Nicolas) and offered a complimentary replacement. He responded to my initial email same day. Very happy with the service and we really loved this product. My daughter was so sad that it broke! But when I told her it will be replaced - she was happy!

I bought it for my 5 years old son and it’s so convenient for him to open it and close it. It’s also convenient because you can put everything together in one box so he doesn’t have to carry many containers. It’s easy to contact the company about warranty, they reply the same day and fix the issue.

My first graders love these lunchboxes. They are heavy-duty and have withstood everything that a first grader manages to put them through. Their many compartments allow me to work together with my daughters to make their own lunches and aids in portion control. They also fit perfectly inside their insulated lunch boxes which slide right into their backpack. Thanks for making a great product!
