I bought the unicorn print lunchbox for my 5 year old daughter in January 2023. We love all the features specially being leak proof. The size of each compartment is perfect. A couple of months ago we had a problem with one of the hinges coming off on one side. We have no idea how did it happen since the rest of the lunchbox is intact. I recently contacted customer service and got an almost immediate response. They will send me a replacement lunchbox at no cost. I am very happy with this company.

I had received my lunch box a few months ago and it did an excellent job as a leak proof container both as a whole and between compartments. I recently noticed some black spots which I believe to be mould and a bad smell coming from the lid. I contacted customer service and they are replacing it right away. Fantastic customer service!

Love the boxes and the customer service is even better. I used these daily for my kids and after a year some did develop mold in the silicone top. I called customer service to see how best to clean this and they are helping with this problem. My kids love the boxes and keeps their lunch separated.

I bought the Bentgo Kids box last year for my toddler and have been so pleased with it. The compartments are the perfect size and make it easy for me to create a visually-fun lunch with lots of variety. And the lunchbox has held up to a year+ of toddler usage!

I got these water bottles when I needed to replace the Dr Browns sippy cups my 2.5 year old twins had been using for over a year. They needed a faster flow and a larger capacity for holding water at preschool. I decided to check out the Bentgo brand because we had gotten lunchboxes for Christmas that we loved. These water bottles were a hit too! The flip top is easy for them to open on their own, the bottles don’t leak, and their favorite part is the cute prints. They know which print is theirs and get downright mad if you give them the wrong one. We ended up buying the entire matching set - not just the water bottle, but the backpack and lunch bag to go with the lunch box too. Our preschool teachers love that sharks are always one kid and puppies are always the other. No mixing up our stuff!

I own 4 of these lunch boxes and my kids love them! They love to see the surprises inside their lunch boxes! They’re easy to clean and great for my two children who hate for their food to touch. The only issue I’m having, why I didn’t give it a 5star, is it will mold or crack after time. I called and reported my issues and the bentgo team was on it replacing them! We will definitely shop again!

I bought 2 prints, one for each kid. They are well made and able to pack tons of food along with the Bentgo lunch box. I like the multiple ways to carry, transport and wear! The one thing I really liked was the mesh water bottle holder on the side. It has an elastic pull tab to tighten for different bottles or juices. I hope they keep up with new prints because I will be buying these again in the future as these age. Great job Bentgo with the fun prints and gear quality.

This is the only lunchbox I use to send my daughter to school with. I love that it doesn’t skip due to the resistant rubbers on top and bottom of the box. Love the compartments too! And the great customer service is always the cherry on top to be a forever customer!

I can't recommend the Bentgo Kids lunch box enough! Not only are the prints adorable and the colors vibrant, but every compartment is so well-designed and appealing to kids. And the fact that it's leak-proof is an absolute game changer - you can serve yogurt or other messy foods without worrying about them smearing around and making a mess. I was happily surprised by the sturdiness of this box. It looks and feels solid and the container has great seal. One of the best parts for me was the grippiness of the bottom of the box so my child can’t slip it around or accidentally throw it. I think the sauce container could be bigger or more square cause it’s a bit hard to reach all the way down for my 1 year old. It fits well into the diaper bag. Their customer service was great too when the wrong style was gifted. They were responsive and helped with getting a replacement with the design we originally wanted!
