These were hard to eat and very dry. They tasted more like peanut butter than chocolate. Nobody in our family liked them. There are other foods out there chasing the protein train. We just need to find ones with taste and not hard to swallow.

I ignored the bad reviews because I like to test things out for myself, but it’s true, these protein balls are awful, hard as a rock! Don’t waste your money!

Let’s just be honest here for a second. This is NOT cookie dough, or cookie dough flavor or even cookie dough adjacent. This monstrosity has no cookie dough anything whatsoever. The reason why I rated it 1 star is because it’s just not cookie dough. I’ve had a million cookie dough protein snacks, and this is by far the worst. If this wasn’t named cookie dough then I wouldn’t have minded it but to buy this expecting even a hint of cookie dough, and getting this? Major disappointment.

These protein balls were awful. They were so dry I could barely eat them. It honestly felt like biting into flavored chalk. I was hoping for a convenient option so I wouldn’t have to make my own, but after trying these, I’ll definitely be going back to homemade. I’m honestly surprised by all the positive reviews because my experience was the complete opposite. I would not recommend these at all.

These are the devil if you like peanut butter and chocolate so addicting!! I always eat more than I intend to and this is like my fifth bag bought. I like that they have protein and fiber so they are not just processed junk food. Highly recommend especially if you are the protein bar type.

These were SUCH a great find. I am a big fan. Not only are the ingredients great and legible, but sometimes after a workout, running errands, or in need for a pick me up this is so convenient to keep in your car (during colder months) to get the energy (and protein) you need to curb hunger but not your protein intake. Bravo!

Got these for my son who is very active in sports and he said they were gross. I tried one to see if he was just being too picky and I agree that they don't have a great flavor. Also, with them being made with peanut butter, I feel that should be included in the title of the protein ball, something like Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough...just a thought.

I thought I'd give these a try to save myself time from prepping them this week. Will not do that again. These were hard and not worth the extra ingredients when buying Pre-made. If I'm in pinch I'll use the kodiak protein balls mix to make prepping quicker next time. Do not recommend these at all.

so, got these to try and even though i was excited at first, after i put it in my mouth, it was hard and mostly disgusting. nothing like chocolate chip cookie dough unless you count the peanut butter and oat taste. don't waste your money or time unless you like peanut butter oatmeal balls that seem out of date

I bought these for the "cookie dough" flavor. Nowhere on the front of the package does it say peanut butter however, it is the third ingredient! Many people are allergic to peanut butter. There is not even a hint of cookie dough...just peanut butter. Oh, and I'm sure the Kansas City Royal's won a game from eating them?!? That's an insult to the intelligence of consumers!
