I crumble one up and add to yogurt with a scoop of protein powder. 32g protein.

Adding whey protein doesn’t make it healthy if it has 3x carbs. Dishonest marketing.

Delicious, but 2 protein balls are 190 calories and only 8g protein. Calories too high for me.
