I think everyone expects Tempur-pedic to be a great experience and the quality to be superior to other brands, and we willingly pay a slightly higher price for that. But what we get from that exchange is an amazing night's sleep every night. There is no price one can put on that. No more aches and pains in my back, no more neck problems, and I actually sleep through the night now, having never moved or turned from where I fell asleep. I used the mattresses that come in a box for 20 years straight. And I only had two of them, one of which I still have in a guest bedroom. They don't break down, and I slept relatively well on them, but as you get older, you simply need better. Nothing even comes close to the kind of sleep I get on my Tempur-pedic, hybrid, medium mattress. I think after 20 years of minor league mattresses, I not only deserve but can seriously appreciate a purchase like this. I should've bought one 10 years ago, LOL! If you are considering purchasing a memory foam or hybrid mattress, there are many brands to choose from. But Tempur-pedic started it all, and their warranty is far above and beyond what most any mattress company offers. if the bed sinks, just 3/4 of an inch, they send a new mattress, at a y point throughout the 10 years of warranty. I highly doubt it will sink at all, but if it does, I'm covered. The cool top layer is amazing! I never get hot like previous mattresses, and that alone is worth it. Easily rated 11 out of 10 stars for this customer!! I hope you find one that fits your needs. Because when you do, you'll know it almost immediately. And you'll never look back, except to buy another one in 10 to 20 years that suits your changing needs for good, restful sleep. Many, many wonderful nights and naps ahead!

I purchased two TWIN XL Medium Adapt mattresses from two different stores within two months of each other and within the last six months. The first mattress is much softer than the second one,, i.e. the firmness is lacking. It is obvious that the mattress is defective but Tempurpedic will not warranty it because their claim is that the mattress has to have a sag or depression. They believe that the same model does not necessarily have to feel the same from one mattress to another. I interpret that to be that they have quality defects in production and they don't want to stand behind their product. I submitted a warranty claim but Tempur wants to ignore it because it is not in their interest to stand behind their product. Tempur is asking for pictures that are impossible to provide.

I love it now! I sleep like a baby most nights. The best part is that it never feels like I'm sleeping on indentations. It always pops back to a flat surface. I also have the power adjustable base that I use sometimes, but without it I still sleep great. A+

I do a lot of biking and skiing, so my body feels it at the end of the day, and the purple wasn't up to the task. But the Tempurpedic made an instant impact on my body and my sleep. I track my sleep patterns and there's little movement and I do not wake up at all, which tells me the bed is doing it's job. I feel better than I have in years mentally, so what more could I ask for. I found a bed I'm keeping

My only complaint is not having bought this bed sooner. The bed is initially fairly stiff, however after 3-4 weeks it is breaking in very nicely. Actually I have a second complaint, and I hope that it finds tempurpedic employees. While I understand the importance of a mattress protector, it's moderately annoying to have one placed on top of the bed that moves around. You already have a cover that zips on the bed, why not make a protective cover that zips on to the bed? Even if it cost $250 I would buy it in a heart beat to avoid my current cover slipping on the bed every night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE sleeping on it. I feel supported but I feel no pressure points anywhere. It's like sleeping on a magical cloud. You don't sink in but you also don't feel any pushing back. The one drawback is that it's a little warm. Usually I can't stand that but I still love love love this bed. I went through several bed in the boxes and couldn't get comfortable before this. It's worth the price difference.

Too old school to go all out memory foam. Choose the hybrid. Still getting used to it, I was way over due for a new mattress. Feel like I sleep on the warm side, but I am happy with my choice. A bit on the firm side but I think that is best for me. My dogs are very happy with my choice too

This is my second buying of a tempur-pedic mattress and adjustable base. The first was a Queen size that was still like new after 10 years of use. It was moved to the guest room and replaced with a split king. The adapt hybrid mattress is even more comfortable than the first.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] But not the kind of impression that stays behind when you get out of bed. We are big and tall and we've loved our mattress. It's supportive and comfortable. We have a Split King with adjustable base and the snoring has improved, too.

We bought the Adapt Medium to help with some aches and pains and so far it's been ok. It's been 4 months since we bought it and my shoulders still get a little sore if I sleep on my side due to the firmness, but my back has definitely felt good with the Ease adaptable base. I was disappointed I didn't do more research on the coolness of the mattress. The salesman said it would sleep cooler than a normal mattress but as the weather is getting warmer, I've had to take off the comforter because I am too warm. I'm hoping this doesn't get worse in the middle of summer.
