[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start,I received the mattress for free in exchange for writing this review. I struggle with back problems and have been waking up lately with stiffness and difficulty getting out of bed after a nights sleep. We had a 10+ year old first gen memory foam mattress that was just simply at the end of its life and it made sure to let us know every morning. Since receiving this mattress, I feel I have been getting so much better sleep and not tossing and turning all night. When I first lay down, I just simply sink into the bed just a little bit and have the support I need all across my body. My legs get support, my back gets support and my shoulders get support. The one thing that I dont like about foam mattresses is that they seem to be a little warmer but we have since put a cooling mattress protector on and it is so much cooler to sleep on now. Overall I love this mattress and it's making me regret every day that I waited to replace it so that I could have started to feel better sooner. Dont hesitate to buy and just do it and get a better nights sleep.

Since day 1, we've enjoyed our tempurpedic adapt medium mattress! I was afraid that we wouldn't like it the first week, but we've loved it! This is the most rest we've had in a very long time! There isn't anything I would change. We did get the adjustable base, it's good for reading in bed and the zero gravity is so comfortable to just lounge in! Thank you!

My Tempur-Pedic mattress arrived this week - right on time, as promised. The entire experience was a good one. I decided to visit a Tempur-Pedic store (Bellevue, WA) since I wanted expert advice. When I called to see if they would be open at the time I wanted to come in, I spoke with Kirby. He greeted me as soon as I entered when I and carefully reviewed several types of mattresses with me. He asked what I thought were important questions: 1) did I have any issues that concerned me (I have a bad back!) 2) what type of surface would I be putting the mattress on 3) how high off the floor would the mattress sit Kirby then recommended the perfect mattress for me. He set up a delivery date and the mattress came right on time. And I even received a call the next day to see if everything was in order. It's nice to know I have a 90 day trial period, even though I don't expect I would ever return the mattress.

A fine product. I can't wait to get into bed each night. Maybe the very top surface of the mattress could be a tiny bit softer. I am sure time will probably produce that effect anyway. Sleeping on this mattress has improved my chronic back pain considerably.

I've been sleeping on my Adapt Medium-Hybrid for about a month now and I love it. I'm so glad I purchased this mattress and the Ease adjustable base to go with it. While I do believe I'm still breaking the mattress in (it's a little too firm still), I find it to be very comfortable. I'm able to fall asleep quickly, stay asleep, and wake up with fewer aches and pains than I used to. I think the mattress will wear well over time and ultimately, I'm happy I made this purchase.

My wife and I both love the spring support coupled with the pressure relief and movement dampening properties of the Tempur material. We have both gotten a higher quality of sleep since we've had this mattress. It's so wonderful to not feel every little movement and wake up without lower back pain.

We bought this mattress to go on our guest room bed. Our mail level air-conditioning went out and was to be a week before could be replaced. Upstairs has it's own AC system, so we slept in the guest room. What a delight! I would recommend this mattress to anyone over the spring mattresses of the old days,

We purchased the split King Adapt Medium & LOVE IT!!!!!!! Also purchased the adjustable frames, great for watching late night TV Should've purchased this 5 yrs ago Only slight problem adjusting to the cooling mattress, but after a few short nights, wouldn't trade it for anything. Am sure we'll appreciate it even more when summer comes, Las Vegas Summers are hot. Love the pillows as well & the underneath light, great for those middle of the night trips to the bathroom. The massaging feature is fantastic . ShihTzu Approved !

The first night I slept on the Adapt mattress I woke up with no more body aches. Only slept on it twice so far and it is a little firm, but everyone who has a Tempur-pedic says it will take about a month to break in. I have Tencel sheets and don't sleep any hotter than my old innerspring mattress. I highly recommend getting a power base so you can lay in zero gravity which takes all the pressure off your lower back. As a total side sleeper, I think I could learn to sleep on my back. Raising the back is great for acid reflux or when you just can't get your pillow the right height. Looking forward to the mattress being broken in and will post another review at that time.

I tried this mattress out in the store and the firmness felt perfect. For the first few weeks the firmness was great and it relieved pressure on my spine wonderfully. Then it started to soften more and more to the point where 2 months after buying, I sink all the way down to the springs like I'm on a cheap 20 year old spring mattress. Absolutely horrible. Do not buy.
