It's definitely a quality mattress, but I frequently wake up with sore hips. I will be returning it. Also, why why why does it not have handles for easier transport? I don't get that...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for almost 20yrs. We started waking up with a little back pain and decided to replace the old one and purchase a new updated one. THE BEST THING WE EVER DID AND VERY GLAD WE CHOSE THE ONE WE NOW SLEEPON.

She's been struggling with back and hip pain and none of the mattresses designed for hospital beds was helping, and in fact, they were making things worse. We thought we would try a tempur-pedic mattress since we knew it was designed to help with back pain and figured it would work on a hospital bed frame much as it does on an adjustable bed frame. Since day one she's been sleeping better and waking up with less pain. In fact, she now looks forward to taking naps just about any time of the day.

This is our second Tempurpedic mattress. The first one is 25 years old and still going strong in our other home. The new one is a Medium Hybrid. It feels a little soft to me, but I fear the firm would be too hard. Perhaps the hybrid coils are what give it its "softness". The mattress it replaced is 30 years old so anything would feel more comfortable.

I KNOW my purchase was more than your average boxed mattress. But I sleep sound, less pain and confident that my mattress is going to last! Our last purchase was over 20 years ago! The medium-hybrid is firm enough to support my back and soft for me to comfortably sleep on my side. It is one of the best investments you could make., and I'm hoping in the future to get another one for my other room.
