Thank you for sharing your experience. <br />To help troubleshoot, here’s a quick way to test your installation:<br /><br />After installing the base, place your hand at the belt path (where the seat belt or lower anchors go through).<br />Try to move the base side‑to‑side and front‑to‑back at the belt path.<br />A correct installation will not move more than 1 inch in any direction at the belt path.<br /><br />It’s also important to know that movement at the foot of the base (the end farthest from the belt path) is normal. That part of the base is designed to flex slightly.
