So much better than regular bacon. Very lean and a great smoky smell. Fries up quickly with very little mess or spatter. Buy you won't be disappointed.

This bacon is our new fav for breakfast! Nice and lean, and the flavor is outstanding. I hadn’t heard of this cut before, so glad I got a pack and tried it!

Not your typical fatty bacon! Has all the flavor of bacon and nice and lean! Very tasty, great for a BLT sandwich or to add to anything that requires that bacon flavor! I am glad I tried it and will get it again. My husband enjoyed it as well! Yummy!

I personally did not care for this bacon, was more like a slice of ham. I fried it in a frying pan with no liquid/oil, there was water (not fat) in the pan while cooking. Will not buy again. I was hoping that it would be similar to english bacon, it was not.

It's good but it is different. On the high side it's meaty and it's great for burgers/sandwiches. On the low side, it lacks some of the smokiness of bacon and it's not a finger pickup and eat food. Label states it's lower in fat which is great but some of that fat is not as tender or crispy as belly bacon. I will buy again.

Great taste! Cooks up fast and easy especially in the air fryer. GREAT for a BLT on sourdough!! It is expensive, but I try to only buy it when it’s on sale for like two dollars off but to me it’s worth the cost, The price is much cheaper than eating out.

Smells like bacon in the package but taste and cooks like ham. I had to butter the pan to keep it from sticking. I’ve never had to butter a pan for real bacon. This is ham y’all. I’ve been sold a bill of goods. I won’t be buying this overpriced ham again.

I really like this bacon. It has very little fat, but enough to give good flavor. I also like that it comes in two separately sealed packages. This way I open one and use it then switch to something else for a few days then open the second package.

Just ok. Not as good as I had hoped. Rather fatty.
