Our family loves this bacon! This is our second time purchasing it. It’s much easier to cook in the air fryer versus regular strips of bacon…..and tastes great. I’m hoping Hemplers European bacon will be a Sam’s Club staple.

So much better than regular bacon. Very lean and a great smoky smell. Fries up quickly with very little mess or spatter. Buy you won't be disappointed.

Loved it. Less cooking mess while still getting the bacon flavor. One slice covers the whole sandwich. Chopped up in an omelette. Yum. I chop it into squares and bring on kayaking trips to stack with cheese on crackers. Yum.

Great to have in the fridge for those quick breakfasts with scramble eggs. Just rinse off the juice before cooking. Testes good, but contains nitrates

I really like this bacon. It has very little fat, but enough to give good flavor. I also like that it comes in two separately sealed packages. This way I open one and use it then switch to something else for a few days then open the second package.

This product did not meet my expectations. I was hoping for a flavor similar to Canadian bacon, but it turned out to be quite bland. Frying it like bacon causes significant shrinkage and results in an unappealing, gnarled piece of meat. However, I found better ways to use it—adding it to ramen broth works well, and microwaving it for egg sandwiches just before it starts curling helps maintain a flat shape. While it has versatility, it lacks the rich taste of traditional bacon or ham.

I personally did not care for this bacon, was more like a slice of ham. I fried it in a frying pan with no liquid/oil, there was water (not fat) in the pan while cooking. Will not buy again. I was hoping that it would be similar to english bacon, it was not.

Great taste! Cooks up fast and easy especially in the air fryer. GREAT for a BLT on sourdough!! It is expensive, but I try to only buy it when it’s on sale for like two dollars off but to me it’s worth the cost, The price is much cheaper than eating out.

Not your typical fatty bacon! Has all the flavor of bacon and nice and lean! Very tasty, great for a BLT sandwich or to add to anything that requires that bacon flavor! I am glad I tried it and will get it again. My husband enjoyed it as well! Yummy!
