No flavor at all, other than a strong smoke taste, it was terrible. It was a ham type meat that I would not ever buy again.

tastes pretty good but not as salty as in as American bacon

I usually buy Black Label Bacon it's the same price as this per pound, but this is much leaner, so you get more meat. Great on sandwiches. I love the flavor. As long as i can buy this, i will never buy bacon again.

It wasn't bad, but I was a little dissapointed because I was expecting more of a bacon flavor, as the package suggests. It tasted almost exactly like ham. I do like ham, but this seemed to lack the flavor that most hams have too. Just my opinion.
