This product has a very strong fake smoke flavor and smell. The quality of the meat is fine but i will not purchase it again.

We've been buying this butcher cut bacon for years now. It is the only bacon we will purchase. Great flavor and plenty of meat with little fat.

We love this bacon. Great BLT'S!! Cook it in the oven at 400° on a foil lined baking sheet for about 20 min. So much better than in a skillet.

Very Similar to European Bacon, taste is quite familiar. However, the European bacon I’ve had is cut slightly thicker.

Amazing for eggs Benedict and to chop up and put in brussel sprouts fried with some cranberries! It also freezes well.

Sliced pork shoulder with no smoke or bacon tastes at all. Lousy value for such a high priced item.

Hempler products rock! Everything I’ve purchased from them has been a higher quality than most other bacon products. I love this brand.

I like this type of bacon because it is not as salty as county ham and not as greasy as traditional bacon

It tasted like urine smells...it also shrinks quickly during cooking and difficult to render the fat and ends up chewy and fatty. Not a good product.

Had good taste package was deceiving pieces underneath were had more fat and pieces were cut poorly last piece was almost 1/2 in
