Have bought this other placed, called "Cottage Bacon". Much leaner than strip bacon, and easier to use in sandwiches due to the shape

We've been buying this butcher cut bacon for years now. It is the only bacon we will purchase. Great flavor and plenty of meat with little fat.

It tasted like urine smells...it also shrinks quickly during cooking and difficult to render the fat and ends up chewy and fatty. Not a good product.

I like this type of bacon because it is not as salty as county ham and not as greasy as traditional bacon

Very lean compared to many other bacon options. Wife calls it ham but by definition, it should come from the pork belly.

This is some good center cut bacon. I primarily use it for egg muffin sandwiches. Nit too expensive for what you get.

This 'European' bacon, A.K.A. Buckboard bacon, is great. Less fat good taste. Microwaves faster than regular pork belly bacon.
