The bacon was half the size. Only one piece regular size and now the company is trying to downsize the package and charge more. Will not ever buy again

This bacon is the best I have EVER had! It was thick and fried up very nicely, just right for a biscuit. The flavor was magnificent! I had friends in Europe who spoke of their bacon and I knew it was different. I didn’t know it would change my preference for bacon forever. When I went back to get some more from the store, I could t find it and was soooo disappointed! I do hope this wasn’t a one-timer but will be a regular offering for Sam’s Club.

Absolutely Love this bacon! It makes an awesome BLT. It is also good in a vegetable medley diced up, it has enough character to season the dish by itself. It is very hard to find this cut of bacon in most stores. Really hope it sticks around for a while.

We had ‘bacon’ like this when we toured Scotland 5 years ago and have never seen it in the U.S. before. We loved it in Scotland and were so excited to find it here at our local Sam’s Club. It is a great product and I only hope they continue to offer it.

This bacon is for people who LOVE bacon but can’t have it because regular bacon is too high in cholesterol. When this bacon is coved it does have a little grease but negligible. Despite the fat, this is bacon and satisfies my longing for bacon. It is well worth the price.

Finally!! Yes, somewhere to buy a product very similar to the English/Irish style back bacon in the US!!! For those saying this is not bacon, this is what it's called in Europe. In fact they call what we eat "streaky bacon" due to the strips of fat in our traditional American bacon strips. Do yourself a favor and fry some up, put on buttered bread with English brown sauce like HP or Daddy's Brown sauce and make a "bacon butty" sandwich! This is also very similar to what is included on a traditional Full English Fry Up breakfast. Please keep this in stock Sam's!

To all those on here saying it's not bacon, it's ham. No, it isn't. It's EUROPEAN bacon. It states right there in the package. It isn't your American fat fest belly pork bacon. So, it's going to be different. It is NOT like English bacon. Getting that out there, since this is the reason I purchased this. It has minimal fat, so your bacon won't be sat in an ocean of bacon grease while cooking. Add a little EVOO to the pan, and you've got yourself a nice rasher of good, EUROPEAN bacon. It tastes quite nice. It doesn't have the smoke additive that you're all used to in the States. But it is a good bacon, nonetheless. It went great in a BLT, also cooked it with my full English (IYKYK) It is a little pricey, but if you want less fat and more meat, then try this product. 10/10 Now, @Sams: get some English or Danish bacon in stock, and see how fast it flies off the shelf.

Tasty!!! I meal prep with the small croissants, a sheet pan egg %26 sausage/ bacon and have been dissatisfied with bacon %26 egg only sandwiches, UNTIL now. I bought this to experiment %26 it was exactly the flavor, thickness my breakfast sandwiches needed. Great addition to my healthy habits %26 getting my mornings to a good start.

I tried cooking it several ways and eating it several ways. The best way for us was to cook it in a non-stick pan until heated through. It is not dried out and has a ham flavor. We liked it better on a sandwich with a fried egg. I will not buy it again.
