This is the nearest bacon to Real English Bacon. 90% lean 10% fat. Delicious taste. I can't get enough of it.

It shouldn’t be labeled as bacon. It’s nothing like bacon and lacks flavor. I had great expectations especially for the price.

The bacon was half the size. Only one piece regular size and now the company is trying to downsize the package and charge more. Will not ever buy again

We had ‘bacon’ like this when we toured Scotland 5 years ago and have never seen it in the U.S. before. We loved it in Scotland and were so excited to find it here at our local Sam’s Club. It is a great product and I only hope they continue to offer it.

It definitely is not your fatty, crispy, salty (me too) beloved bacon. All the things that made it popular. But maybe that's just me..NOT. I grabbed it in a pinch at Thanksgiving because the REAL deal bacon was sold out, for shame Sam. It did not do the crispy brussel sprouts dish justice. The pig died in vein.

I used this bacon in my bbq beans, basic crockpot beans and made BLT sanwhiches. It drastically changed the flavor profile in both bean dishes in a negative way. The smoke flavor overwhelmed the sandwhiches. Gave remaining half of bacon to my dog, he loved it.

This bacon is for people who LOVE bacon but can’t have it because regular bacon is too high in cholesterol. When this bacon is coved it does have a little grease but negligible. Despite the fat, this is bacon and satisfies my longing for bacon. It is well worth the price.
