Strange. I guess I just like regular bacon better. Tastes fine but reminds me more of ham. I will use the rest for seasoning soups and vegetables.

Best Bacon Ever! Don't get me wrong, I Love traditional cut bacon too. This is a superb Bacon for the least grease possible!

This is more like ham.  Flavor is not my favorite.  I tried it - $14 lesson - Might be great for peas or quiche -

Not Bacon - Really

Tastes okay but it's more like baked ham than bacon. Its actually nothing like bacon to me or my husband.

The  bacon is very tasty and less fatty and non greasy it is better than Canadian bacon. The bacon is more meat than fat.

Regular bacon versus center cut

I tried this for the first time because it stated it was gluten free and I am glad I did. Delicious!

I purchased this because of the sample at the store, it was delicious when the sampler cooked them, however I have not been able to cook the bacon without it been tough to chew. I tried the over, the air fryer, frying pan and microwave and just will not cook for me to enjoy as a breakfast food.  I will use what I have left for adding to my pot of green beans.

Not for me

This is an excellent product which taste like bacon but is convenient to cook like a slice of ham.  It has far less fat than bacon and the size of each slice is perfect for a BLT.  I hope that Sam's club will continue to stock this item even in winter because it is also a perfect size for bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits.
