Close to old fashion slap bacon. Good for meals and add to pot of beans and other dishes like deviled eggs.

Delicious bacon! Hope they will have it all the time. I baked it at 385 for 22 minutes-perfect and tender.

Strange. I guess I just like regular bacon better. Tastes fine but reminds me more of ham. I will use the rest for seasoning soups and vegetables.

Too much fat to cut away throughout the meat. Eating a spiral cut ham slice would have been less trouble. Tastes exactly the same as spiral cut ham.

The bacon is very tasty and less fatty and non greasy it is better than Canadian bacon. The bacon is more meat than fat.

This is my family’s favorite bacon. It’s all meat with very little fat. It’s like what you would get if you stayed in a bed and breakfast on a pig farm in Scotland. The best of the best bacon!
