These dryer sheets have been a staple in my home since I was a kid. They smell good and keep the static out of my clothes and towels. I can usually one sheets for a couple of different loads. Honestly, I’m not sure how much softer my clothes are from theses sheets, but I use them to get rid of the static that I get from every load when I don’t use one. I use liquid softener to get my clothes soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have one year old triplets so we do a lot of laundry. Everyone in our household has sensitive skin and needs fragrance free laundry products. Because of this we have never used dryer sheets. It was great to find a dryer sheet that worked great and didn’t have a scent. The boys clothing is often full of static, and the Bounce dryer sheets removed it all. Remember dryer sheets are also useful for lots of things aside from laundry. I used these to clean our ceiling fan blades and they worked great. I will definitely be buying them.

I have been consistently using these due to my sensitive skin and concerns for breakouts or imbalances. They have always done the job right and I have no reaction to them whatsoever. I currently use a combination of some wool dryer balls in addition to these dryer sheets and it seems to do pretty great.

I occasionally use dryer sheets but I’m working on using alternatives due to the chemicals and residue they can leave on clothes. For years, Bounce was my choice for dryer sheets for their clean fresh scent that was light and in my opinion they seemed to help with static cling more than other brands.

I used this product when my daughter was a newborn. I like that it is free of a lot of extra additives and things, and neither she nor my husband with sensitive skin ever had a reaction. It leaves clothes fresh without adding any heavy scent. I highly recommend this product.

It smells perfumed. Not as much as the normal Bounce, but it still has that distinct perfume smell. I see from their reply to other reviews that they are saying this is the "natural" smell of the ingredients, but the smell is so perfumy I find it hard to believe that there is not a fragrance added, maybe not directly to their product on purpose, but then maybe already added to an ingredient before they get it or some other way that they can get around having to list it. Disappointed.

I've been using Bounce Free and Gentle for years and there was never a perfume smell. Recently bought 2 boxes and the perfume smell was so strong I had a runny nose and sneezing. Returned both boxes. Thinking it was manufacturing error I went to a different store and purchased another box. Once home the perfume smell was again overpowering. What changed to make the smell so strong? Certainly not "free of Perfumes" as stated on the box!!

This used to be the best fabric softener, but not anymore since P&G changed them to scented, even though the package still says "free of dyes and perfumes." I haven't even opened the box, but I can tell this is NOT true just by smelling it. Yes, P&G -- there are consumers who prefer no perfume in their softener and I will be returning it.

I have very sensitive skin and sometimes have issues with certain products (especially heavy scented ones). Sometimes I have issues if I sleep somewhere they used scented dryer sheets because I can’t use most dryer sheets! They cause me to be extremely itchy and uncomfortable. I tried using dryer balls but they don’t work as well as I’d prefer so we switched to this Bounce free and gentle years ago and they are the best. Now these are the only dryer sheets we buy. The best part is they are so affordable as well. We buy a big box and it lasts us a long time.
