I am very impressed with this dish because you can put it in the oven and bake, you can also use it in the microwave. It's also nice that it's dishwasher safe! The dish itself can be used in many different ways. Today, I used it as a platter plate for serving a light lunch. It was great! I love that it's the shape of the state of Utah. Very unique dish!

I’m thinking of using it for a cheese platter for get togethers. The shape of it really matches the shapes of CA. I appreciate that it’s dishwasher safe. I put together a spread for the viewing of a Wisconsin football game that I hosted and received so many compliments. I was able to fit so many snacks on this sturdy platter.
