It's Okay.

I ordered two chairs, they arrived today some damage to boxes. One chair has some scuffs no big deal. The one big issue is there are 10 square nuts and they were not in the plastic sealed bag that the screws came. The nuts were all loose all over in each box. I was short 1 nut so I went out front to see if it possibly fell out of the box when delivered and sure enough it was in the grass by front porch. Kinda strange they have an unopened empty sealed bag that should have had the nuts in them.

Very good quality for the price point!

We bought two of these to replace some cheaper ones we had purchased at the Depot last year. After reading some of these reviews, I was a little concerned about the quality and assembly of them. HOWEVER, ours were easy to assemble and look great! I would note that one box did not come with instructions; maybe the cause of some problems others have had?? IDK but IMO, these are very good quality for this price point. Will defintely be buying more for the back patio!

Sturdy and Comfortable

Bought 2 last spring. Have had them outside for a year now. Heavy winds, no problem they didn't blow away. Large seating area for my fat bottom and seem very heavy duty. I'm 6'3 and weigh 285, no issues at all with the sturdiness of the chairs. The cup holders are.a nice add, we use them a lot. The sun doesn't seem to have done any damage to the color or strength. Over the winter we left them out on the hill, uncovered. No issues there either. Very easy to fall asleep in these things. If you wanted to add cushions it would make them all the more comfortable. Well, after 1 year, I'm going back to buy 2 more for the back yard. Hope this helps in your decision making.

Great quality and look great!

We bought two of these chairs back in 2020 and they have held up unbelievably! Ours stay out all year long even in winter! Our first two were red and the color is still as vibrant than the first day we got them after 4 years. We just ordered 4 more for our fire pit in the midnight blue (nice color). I don’t understand the negative comments because my husband assembles them with no issues and raves about the stainless steel marine grade hardware (we live by the salt water). So to all the negative feedback I say you make no sense since we have now purchased 2 in 2020 and 4 more in 2024! We absolutely love these chairs. Ordered them on a Sunday and they were delivered by Fedex on Wednesday all iperfect packaging and no delays. I highly recommend these chairs ❤️

Make sure to get the metal anchors in place!

I bet you the people writing bad reviews didn’t have the metal anchors properly seated. Especially on the arms, they tend to fall out of place. Most of the bad reviews mention breakage where the chair back connects to the arms. If that happens, you’re screwing metal into plastic and it’s going to break. I used a small piece of tape to keep the metal anchor in place while I attached the arms. I verified that it’s correctly anchored. We’ll see if there’s any breakage, but I think that solved it. To the manufacturer, some of the metal anchors slot into place, and especially with some force, line up correctly. But you’re going to keep getting returns especially because the arm anchor in the back doesn’t stay in place as you flip it over.

Good price for a nice chair.

I was concerned about the poor reviews based off assembly issues, but I had no issues at all. If you make sure and seat the nuts properly, the bolts amazingly lined up and went in easily, go figure! Who knows if people got bad hardware, or if they just shouldn’t be trusted with simple tasks… Bottom line, if you can use a screw driver and follow simple instructions, you shouldn’t have any trouble. I would buy again.

Easy to assemble and comfortable

I was a little worried when I took the sections out of the box as they were lightweight compared to the ones I have seen made out of Pollywood. After putting it together, it's away much more comfortable than the expensive ones I sat in costing over $300. Putting it together simple took just a few minutes no issues with the screws. Only purchased one so I could see how the quality was would have liked that these folded up for easier storage.

Poor Factory packages results in scratches

All four chairs arrived with scratches on the same place on the back of the chair due to a poor design in packing. There should be some padding or cardboard between the chair surfaces, and it also appears that the buttons on my husbands jean pockets are going to scratch the chairs. Metal screws also cheapen appearance of chairs, as does the cupholder. It would have been nice if the screws were black. Overall the chairs are heavy enough considering they are not solid. I knew I wasn't buying Polywood, so I didn't expect Polywood quality. I debated returning them, but it wasn't worth the effort and I don't want to invest in Polywood. Hopefully they will hold up for at least five years.
