The frequency of defrosting is affected by ambient humidity, ambient temperature and the number and duration of times that the door is opened.

Hi Ikaras 1 - check and adjust the door to make certain it is sealing properly when closed. Condensation inside is caused by warm humid air entering the refrigerator.
