After reading all the reviews, I remained hopeful that I would get a good refrigerator. NOT!!!!  

Please DO NOT PURCHASE this item.  I purchased one on Cyber Monday (I believe), picked it up on a Monday,  plugged it up on Wednesday, put a large 33.8 bottle of rock solid frozen water in it that became COMPLETELY thawed out in one day, and then unplugged the unit on the next Monday because neither the freezer nor refrigerator got cold AT ALL.  I could hear the unit running; however, it was a waste of my electricity hooking this refrigerator/freezer up.  So disappointing.  Returned it back to Sam's club  and got my money back.  Had considered trying another unit but was advised to not even try it because people were returning them due to multiple issues. I will NEVER AGAIN purchase a Thomson product. If I could give it less than one star, I would.

We recently joined Sam's for our Business and this item was just perfect for our office staff to put there lunches/etc. in. We were using a dorm size fridge prior and it just wasn't big enough. It's a very stylish unit with plenty of room and we utilize the freezer as well.. I would highly recommend this and the price was perfect.
