Doesn't last long

It was great....for 6 months and died. Can't find parts, can't replace - be sure to be warranty if you do buy it. The size was perfect, but it was a waste of money for less than a year's use.

Don't buy it

It was delivered to my place and I restored it as soon as I received it. But it's not working! Both cooler and freezer are not cooling at all. Speaking to customer service to get refund.

Would not order again on line.

My refrigerator came in damaged. It does work, however, the top of the unit on the back side was dented pretty good and one of the shelves on the interior was also damaged.

don't buy

I've had it for a month and a half, the fridge doesn't work properly. Bottom Half of the fridge wouldn't cool. The very back part of the fridge would freeze my food. Good thing they took it back at the store

Most disappointing product ever purchased at Sam's

Refrigerator part does not cool food down enough and the freezer does not keep items frozen. Waste of money and food. I'm really shocked Sam's carried and promoted this vendor with such poor quality.

Waste of money!

Like the other review said condensation issues. The inside sweats constantly. It stop cooling and is being set for the trash. Not worth fixing if it can't last a year. Oh, sams can't pull up the purchase so we were screwed by both companies.

Hi Scott - if you have condensation in your refrigerator, typically it is caused when warm humid room air enters a cold refrigerator. You can adjust the door by loosening the hinge so that it makes a better seal. You can also adjust the feet in the front so the front of the unit is slightly higher than the rear so gravity helps the door to close firmly. Lubricate the door gasket with a bit of petroleum jelly (like Vaseline) and wipe it off with a dry cloth.We appreciate your feedback and would like to apologize for your recent experience with the Thomson 7.5 cu ft.
