Not for use in a garage - which is what we bought it for. After opening, it says it has to be in a temperature range and a garage won't work. It also came with a dent in front door but we didn't return because of size. We are moving it into our basement. Seems to work fine. There is a fine ice build up in refrigerator area. Our daughter purchased the same frig for her office and it also has ice on inside.

New purchase for a room with heavy use. This refrigerator has delivered. Transported upright. Carefully unboxed. Allowed to set for sometime, then plugged in and running, full of good things. Have had to set temp higher because during the first 48 hrs, the top shelf items froze. Set at 3 and extremely impressed. Plenty of room for it's use.

I considered a lot of mini freezer/fridge combos before purchasing this one. It is twice the size of most of them and holds an incredible amount of food. It is well made and solid. Because of the size of the unit, placing it on a table or other furniture is not necessary. I had a question about the warranty that's offered and called the number listed in the manual. I left a message and they promptly returned my call.

We purchased this fridge for our work group - only about 10 of us and needed something with a bit more space than the little mini fridges. It is definitely serving its purpose. My only complaint would be the dents on the outside (even tho it was in a box and bubble wrapped) and the egg holder and something else were cracked and they were packed on the inside of the fridge. Aside from that it completely meets our space needs!

I just fell in love with this little refrigerator. It's all I expected it to be. Everything works perfectly for me. The freezer is very spacious and so is the lower refrigerator. I will recommend this Thompson 7.5 top freezer refrigerator to anyone looking for a mini refrigerator that's a little bigger than the standard mini fridge. Very pleased with my purchase. Got the for our cabin . Don't have air so it gets pretty hot up there and our older refrigerator couldn't handle it. Runs quiet, keeps everything cool and frozen. Love that it has a seperate compartment for freezer. Big enough to hold all I need. Only regret is that it isn't self defrosting. ...can't beat the price though.

We put this refrigerator/freezer in our basement to help store all the food dishes we make for our monthly family gatherings and especially for holidays. We really like the height and the slim width, yet it stores everything we need it to. The storage in the door is a bonus!

This unit is a great value for the price and size, however the shelf configuration leaves much to be desired, in that you cannot adjust the shelf heights. Two-liter sodas cannot stand upright in the interior and the on-door storage system's shelves don't have a substantial vertical depth, so items easily tip out. Otherwise, it was a great replacement for our previous secondary refrigerator, as it is only used for drinks and frozen meat.

Upon receipt the refrigerator was well packed but when opened there was a dent in the side edge of the freezer and the freezer door was misaligned and quickly showed frost. Also one of the light blue plastic roller feet was broken and laying at the bottom of the box. We were able to make sufficient repairs to make it operate correctly. It appears damage may have been done at the factory.

It's spacious, built strong but, items in back freeze. You have to keep on high just to get items in the freezer to freeze and it doesn't seem to completely freeze and because it's on high, items in refrigerator freeze. I purchased for my trailer so, for what I paid, it's perfect.
