I bought this during the TP Shortage. I remember from when I grew up how good it was. What changed? It is rough, thin and I don't even think the public restrooms would have it. I was so disappointed in this product. I will use what I have, then never will buy it. Single Ply? I thought most major brands were at least 2 ply now days, except for the cheap ones.

My friend bought this at our local grocery store and her boyfriend was in the restroom using it and told her to look at an object on the toilet paper. THERE WAS A DEAD DRAGON FLY!!! IT WAS WRAPPED INSIDE THE TOILET PAPER ROLL!!!!! We refuse to buy another package of Scott's toilet paper ever again!

I buy this strictly for the value and because it doesn't clog our septic tank (we live in the country). It is one-ply and isn't the softest toilet paper on the market, but it does do what a toilet paper is expected to do. Very basic. No scent, no coloring.

It’s definitely a no-frills, 1-ply option, but that also means no worries about clogging the septic system — major win there! That said, the absorbency isn’t great, and I found myself using way more sheets than I’d like. Plus, it’s not the softest, which is a dealbreaker for me. While it might work for some, it’s not something I’d personally purchase again

This is the bathroom tissue I have used for the better part of 30 years, due to severe sensitivity issues. It is literally the only brand I have found that does not give me a rash somewhere I DEFINITELY don't want a rash, although the texture of this tissue is somewhat akin to fine grit sandpaper. There are no dyes or perfumes, and the paper does NOT shred/pill on the skin. It is just NOT soft. Like, at all.

If this tissue was any thinner you would not be able to see it. It is so bad I did not even finish the first roll. I threw it away as well as the remaining seven roles from this package. When I folded six sheets of it my fingers show went through and I don't like dirt on my finger. I'm 82 years old and went from corncobs, to Sears catalogues, to tissue paper. I've never had a bad one before but this is the worst you could imagine. By anything but this I will never buy a Scott product again.

Being a life-long customer of Scott 1000 toilet paper, I can say that I will no longer be purchasing Scott. The quality has deteriorated as to where the paper is now so thin that you can see through it. One roll didn't even have perforations to separate the sheets. We used Scott because it was long lasting and strong but this is no longer the case. My photos show how thin the toilet paper is. I'm very disappointed in the change.

Husband and teen son are not fans, one compares it to the toilet paper at port-a-potties, the other compares to public school toilet paper. Me on the other hand, doesn’t mind it so much. It’s not the softest, and when I saw it was only one ply, I was originally turned off, but am pleasantly surprised how absorbent it is! I’ve been suffering from severe allergies and congestion, and it’s held up through all the nose blowing and coughing!

We are on a septic system, so this toilet paper is super in that aspect, as for feeling clean, not so much. You feel like you have to use so much of it just to feel clean, im not sure its worth it. It also doesn't last long at all either. I think I'll spend a little more for better toilet paper.
