I love Scott toilet paper! The quality is thick and I dont have to use alot. A little goes a long way. You pay a bit more but it's worth its price. I wouldn't change a thing about this product. Unfortunately I cannot find my Scott toilet paper anywhere right now due to Coronavirus but that's not Scott Toilet paper fault. I highly recommend this TP.

I have used Scott 1000 for years. Recently they were changed, the way the fly end was "tacked" "fixed" it so it wouldn't re-roll until needed. The new adhesive glued down about 3 layers and in order to free the tissue you have to shred those three layers. Previously it looked like the first layer was dampened to kept it from re-rolling. Wasteful, not consumer friendly.

Our household has been using Scott Tissue exclusively for over 21 year, usually purchasing it in the 20 roll packages from Wal-Mart, but always purchasing Scott brand because we were happy with its texture and quality. However, over the past year, we have noticed that its quality has been declining rapidly. At first we would find an occasional roll that had been poorly perforated. With subsequent purchases during the past year, this became more apparent as the "occasional" poorly perforated roll became increasingly more numerous to the point that it is seemingly becoming the norm now. A recent purchase had several rolls with decent perforations but also had almost as many that were poorly perforated and one roll actually had NO perforations at all. Conjunctively, we have noticed that more and more rolls had been raggedly and sloppily cut askew of square. The poor perforations have contributed to unnecessary waste as well as presenting a very untidy appearance. Sad to say, but after reading the Kimberly-Clark corporate 'cookie-cutter' style replies about being sorry that its product does not meet [the dissatisfied consumer's] needs, it appears obvious that Scott Tissue most likely will not return to a quality product any time soon. And speaking of conjunctions, we also noticed the rapid decline in product quality seemed to coincide with the national "tubeless rolls" advertising campaign to save the world from the dubious environmental threat of a landfill filled with a biodegradable waste while ignoring the real environmental hazard posed by the plastic wrapper used to package your product. I mean, SERIOUSLY? Due to such a juxtaposition, I personally find it difficult not to suspect that the true corporate impetus to help the environment is most likely an increase in things that are green — not the kind with leaves, but rather the kind with the faces of several past U.S. presidents — gained from decreasing a production cost.

Im usually not very picky when it comes to what brands I buy,but I am most definately picky about my toilet tissue! Ive gotta have scott! Its septic safe,doesnt clog my toilets,and lasts so long,even with 3 young,wasteful kids in the house,lol! Scott is the only tissue I'll ever buy!

One thing that could be improved is the way the sheets separate sometimes they don't rip perfectly clean. Overall, it's a solid choice for everyday use.

It is not thick and soft so if that is what you look for in toilet paper then this would not be something to purchase. It does not rip easily, but it feels like you need to use a lot because it is so thin.

I had been purchasing the Scott brand 1000 sheet toilet paper for years until quite a few years back that the price had been increasing to the point that I had purchased alternate brands that have 1000 sheets at a better price & that I was very pleased with that it was not increasing & had not for quite some time & that when it did it was not so much. At times with a nominal savings I will get the Scott brand but to be honest it has become that the Scott brand has gotten very thin & with the alternate brands out there I am not at all seeing that with those. This is not a complaint but just my personal opinion with the way many things have become in the years "with the way it was ". I use Scott mainly in my 2nd bathroom that is occasionally used with the pink color. Thank you for the years I had enjoyed Scott's. Mindy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely grateful to have received this especially during these tough economic times. I do wish and prefer if it was a bit thicker? I known it says 2 ply but it doesn't feel like it. I find myself having to use more to avoid it tearing.
