I buy 4 roll packages. Several times the rolls have -no- separator (that pre-cut line) Is this a quality control issue or simply a cost cutting ploy to INCREASE your profit margin? Fix the first (Q C) or STOP the latter (P M). Or else you've lost me as a customer.

A long time consumer unhappy with how thin the scots toilet paper is. I may have 1000 sheets but you have to triple the amount you use to be clean. Your response says you didn’t change anything on the product but you had to due to the poor performance. Very disappointed.

My family and I have been using toilet paper a long time. we always use this toilet paper because it is septic safe and not super thick. It gets the job done, and the rolls last good amount of time. This is good toilet paper in a convenient 4 pack.

Growing up it's the only brand my Mom bought. When it came time to choose for myself, I continued to use Scott. Tried other brands from time to time but always went back to Scott & will continue to do so. "Bottom" line, it gets the job done better than any other brand out there! Not at all! Using Scott 1000 is comparable to wiping your bottom with note paper; leaves would be softer, The roll of toilet paper gives a good length of usage but oh goodness the plight of the toochie leaves much to be desired. Add some softness to your product. Aging toochies need strength and softness. Than goodness the septic tanks/sewer pipes do not suffer!

I have been buying this product for years. In March this year my new package of toilet paper is rougher than the daily news paper that's delivered everyday. What have you done to change the toilet paper? Change it back! It is terrible, I will never buy again! I would normally donate something I can't use or don't like, but I wouldn't want anyone to have to use this TP! If I could, it would get 0 stars!

It is on the more affordable end so that is nice. I also try to find toilet paper that isn't wrapped in plastic (it's hard to find but it exists).

So in the long run it doesn't make sense to go cheaper because you'll have to buy more. One roll lasts our family of 6 about a week . I do wish it was a little softer but it's still a great choice.
