I have been buying this product for years. In March this year my new package of toilet paper is rougher than the daily news paper that's delivered everyday. What have you done to change the toilet paper? Change it back! It is terrible, I will never buy again! I would normally donate something I can't use or don't like, but I wouldn't want anyone to have to use this TP! If I could, it would get 0 stars!

It is still soft and stronger than other single ply. I will continue to use our normal toilet paper, but will remember this one if we are ever in a pinch.

I love scotts & wouldn't change it * if you offered me a yr supply other brand?? no no. its softer less abrasive easy on your face or nose? can easily wipe make= up off without scrubbing & burning ur face. i bought the family pack a month ago as i usually do and i found that some of the rolls are filled with a white powder. i assume this is a defect when you unroll the paper to use it spreads all over the place and makes a mess. i have never had this problem before and i have been a customer for over 30 years. i have now thrown away 6 rolls that were defects. i have given three stars because of what is going on other wise i love this product and would rate a 5 star or better if i could.

While it may not be multi-ply, this Scott single-ply toilet paper will get the job done in a pinch. Something I personally look forward to in a toilet paper is how much sticks to the roll at the end. In this case, it comes cleanly off at the very end, so there is no waste!

Ive used Scotts TP for 36 years. I had enough to get me through the outage during the early pandemic. When it did show back on the shelf i grabbed some. The new stuff is really rough. How long will it be that way? I will change brands until the old Scotts comes back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] See through. To not poke holes into this you must use a lot. Wouldn’t recommend using it. I tried using it but we couldn’t. I’ve moved it so now we use it as tissues for when we don’t have tissues on hand.

I am very disappointed with the changes made in the Scott tissue. Shrinking of the size and it’s not the same product it used to be.I just posted a comment of a store that was closing and told him it’s not nearly as upsetting as what they’ve done with Scott tissue! I realize with cost rising you have to do what is necessary to remain in business. As a consumer we have to do the same. We had a group of us at Sam’s comparing the old size of the roll to the new size and realize it’s been cut so bad we are all seeking for a new product. I don’t mean to sound so negative I guess it’s just upsetting. You do what you have to do and so will we as consumers it has smartened us up! Thank you for a once good product. I’m sure I will be able to find something is comparable to what you used to have! Be blessed in the meanwhile please know the women in my circle that are concerned housewives are all very disappointed !

We have used the same toilet paper for years the quality isn’t the same . We all understand that covid 19 has had a large impact on the toilet paper industry but we should not have to sacrifice quality when price is inflated. This is not fair practice .Tell consumers that the formula has changed and give consumers the option to choose between margin brand because the quality is the same.
