We have used this toilet paper for as long as I can remember. I think we even used it growing up in my house as a kid. Anyway, we usually buy the 12 roll pack and the last few packs have not been fully perforated. It’s so frustrating to not be able to tear a piece without it shredding or tearing it all to pieces. I’m hoping this is an error in processing and not a new process.

Scott 1000 isn't as cheap as commercial 2 ply, but it isn't as thick as it either. 1000 has a kind of fluffed paper texture, that while soft does not have the same strength as Scott Commercial Recycled 2 ply if you like using toilet paper to wipe up small messes. Where Scott 1000 excels is in softness, it is much less scratchy than the aforementioned line from the same brand, and instead of fiber grain Scott 1000 is a more affordable way to get the softness of higher dollar toilet paper. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Scott Toilet Paper customer for many years. So of course it has been absolutely fantastic getting to test this 4 pack of Scott 1000! Not only do I find Scott to be a reliable toilet paper go-to but I also consider it to be the leading toilet paper on the market. It's probably the first brand I think of if the topic of toilet paper ever comes up. My reasons for this is due to how gentle Scott 1000 is on my skin & my septic system! I can count on Scott 1000 to not clog my toilet, which is a serious concern for me. My house has a very sensitive septic system with old outdated pipes that have needed to be tended to and replaced in the past. As I previously mentioned, Scott 1000 doesn't irritate skin & is sturdy enough to absorb without ripping or tearing. In conclusion, you can consider me a life long Scott 1000 Toilet Paper user! Scott 1000 Sheets Per Roll has been my choice for years; however, the quality has slowly deteriorated to the point where absorbency has become problematic due to the fact that the sheets are so incredibly thin that I am actually able to read super fine print through them. I thought I had a bargain with my last purchase of a pack of 20 rolls which is the equivalent of 20,000 sheets. It wasn't. I won't purchase this product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One ply should be illegal. It’s so so thin. I will say, despite the thinness it doesn’t totally disintegrate like some thicker TP tends to do. But the roll does last a while. So that’s why it gets more than one star.

My parents have used this brand of toilet paper for as long as I can remember and they and now myself included have never been disappointed! The paper is not too soft or too rough. It is just right to get that clean feeling after using the golden throne!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the way the toilet paper disintegrates in the toilet because I have a septic system and do not like to deal with clogged toilets. With that being said my children did not like it because it is not soft like the other brands I’ve purchased previously.

So disappointed that after using Scott Brand toilet paper for decades, they not only increased the price they decreased the thickness. Tissue paper is thicker than their toilet paper. It is virtually useless. And now Scott’s is trying to sell the fact that it will not clog the toilet…. Really? With everyone working from home for the past two years I suspect Scott’s has increased sales exponentially. I have purchased twice as much in that time. Nothing like taking advantage of a negative situation. SHAME ON YOU SCOTT’S!

One roll lasts for over a week in my house where I live alone. This really speaks to the value. The sheets look really thin but they're highly absorbent and it's safe for your septic system
