[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet paper is a step up from using sandpaper. It is barely 1 ply, more like half a ply, it is so thin you could probably read through it. It is also not soft at all, and you’d probably have to use a lot to feel like you’re wiping anything substantial. I’ll stick with charmin.

Scott has been our family's toilet paper of choice for over 60+ years, 3 generations. Pre-pandemic the quality was still in tact. Post pandemic, Scott has taken a dump, no pun intended! You still advertise 1000 sheets, yes, but the current 1000 sheets are now shorter, narrower, and not to mention thinner. So thin, that you can practically see through the sheet. I find myself both sad and disappointed, and I know that it's only toilet paper, but It's been a family staple, my personal go to for over 35 years, and now I have to say goodbye.

Scott's toilet paper works well.  Doest clog up the pipes (essential if you hate having the toilet being clogged). Also, the roll stays longer in the bathroom vs. other toilet tissue.  I find it is affordable, effective, and worth buying. I would recommend it.

first time i have ever been disappointed in this product. i love scott toilet paper. it last so long. what i have is so thin it is impossible not to use what i used to. it is not going to last very long. and it is so rough. feels like thin paper towels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my experience Scott Tissue is the best tissue to buy. It’s 1000 sheets. It is great on the septic system. I never have issues with clogged toilets using this tissue. I’ve tried other brands that do clog the toilet because they are too thick and don’t break down properly. Scott’s is not plush but it’s soft enough to do the job. I’ve also had other tissue that was like sand paper but Scott’s is not. This is the brand my family will always use hands down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scott is my favorite toilet paper brand. However, this exact kind, is not. My family & I prefer a thicker, softer paper. I love the large rolls. (Having to change them less often) but as you can see in the pictures, it’s so thin it’s see through. Almost the consistency of tissue paper. I typically buy Scott brand when shopping for toilet paper but I typically buy the comfort plus. It last longer & don’t have to use as much. The price is always a better deal for the amount & quality which is a huge reason why it’s the one I go for! *Fun Fact* This is the only toilet paper my parents used in our house growing up. They always said it was better for the septic tank. When I was in 6th grade, our class did an experiment to see which toilet paper would hold the most/ be the most durable. I brought in a roll of Scott 1000 sheet toilet paper while others brought in Angel Soft, Charmin, store brands, etc. we had 2 people hold a piece at each end, about 10 sheets long & we would slowly pour water on it to see how long it would take to break. Scott tissue never broke. It ended up being the winner of most durable/best toilet paper to use. As an adult I still remember that and it sticks with me to this day when buying toilet paper for my household. Scott brand, hands down!

Great toilet paper to me.. I honestly haven’t try other toilet papers at my home though. This is the toilet paper we had in my home growing up because it’s septic safe. When I bought my own home we also need septic safe toilet paper and since I like this toilet paper and am used to it this is what we continued to use.

It claims to last for 20 weeks, but my bf and I go through the entire 20 rolls in 1 month. This is way too thin, so my hands sometimes go right through. It’s too rough, which leaves my skin very tender in places I don’t need to be sore. Did I mention just how sharp the edges are? I can’t tell you how many paper cuts I’ve gotten in my nether regions and between my fingers from this stuff!

I especially like buying the large quantity packages that have the individual rolls wrapped in paper - seems more sanitary when storing in the bathroom closet. Scott 1000 is just one of those products you’ll always find in my bathroom.
