[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Scott for a long time. I think it cleans thoroughly, and I like that it is 1-ply so the toilet doesn't clog. My husband uses another brand and it clogs the toilet and costs more and it runs out quicker. This is your best buy for the money.

We have been buying Scott toilet paper for over 30 years and have never had this problem. More times than not, the tissue isn’t perforated. It’s random from roll to roll, but is very frustrating. We have to tear the tissue and get more than we bargain for. Are you changing the manufacturing process??

I have been a Scott user for my entire adult life. I have noticed the texture is MUCH different than ever before. The sheets once were opaque with no pattern and now there's an embossed pattern and I can literally see though it! In addition, I DID notice you decreased the horizontal size of the roll a few years ago. So now, it's transparent and smaller roll size. You're about to lose a very loyal customer. Please change back to the old consistency or I will find a new product to use!

I've been loyally using Scott 1000 for years and always appreciated that it was a fine single ply that was soft on the skin, easy to vary the amount needed, economical, and safe for septic. This week I purchased two new 12 roll packages and was shocked to find it had completely changed, and without any mention on the packaging. It's so rough that I really don't want to even finish it off. You can see the difference as the new version looks a little more transparent, like the fibers are larger. I'm really disappointed as I'm not looking forward to changing brands. I want the old version back! This is not an improvement and I feel duped since there was no warning about the change.

I have been purchasing Scott TP for years. My mother bought Scott TP throughout my childhood. I have never purchased anything but Scott TP. For the money it's by far the best buy. However lately I noticed that the paper itself is thinner and not as absorbent as it used to be. I found that I have to use more sheets than I used to. I understand environmental savings and concern for the septic system, however if you have to use more paper, exactly how is that a savings?

I have been a loyal Scott bathroom tissue for years. I bought a 12 pack this week and when I went to use it it is super thin 1 ply but paid the same price as I always pay. There are many other brands that are a lot cheaper but I paid the extra because I use to like it more. This time it is unacceptable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some of the worst toilet paper i’ve ever used, It’s scratchy, one ply and goes super fast since it’s so thin. There’s almost 0 absorbency. Only giving it 2 stars since it’s septic safe and we have a septic tank. Scott’s other choices are what we typically use!

This is the ONLY tissue I am satisfied with. .....all the other stuff leaves bar stuff behind. ...I like to feel clean when finished. ...not need something else to wipe pieces of the left over tissue off. ........thank you Scott for making a great product! !!!
