We use 1000 sheet rolls and find that they last the longest on the holder. I picked up a store brand that was considerably cheaper but when I picked up Scott's comparable package (BOTH WERE 1000 sheet 20 ROLL), The Scott's pack was noticeably heavier. When I looked closer at the store brand I could easily see how inferior it was

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet paper is surprisingly soft and strong! Even though it is one ply it gets the job done and doesn’t feel cheaply made. It’s absorbent and a good choice if you can’t splurge on expensive toilet paper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Scott toilet paper is strong and durable. It cleans effectively and is easy on our sewage system. Absorbs the moisture quickly. Also, it is very strong, sturdy and last long. It’s 1000 sheets are enough for the whole month .It definitely last longer than most other brands. I would recommend this product.

For many, many years, I have only purchased Scott 1000. Sadly, no longer. It has been changed. It is thinner and flimsy. It has become a cheap, nasty product! I would be mortified to have my family & guests use it! Too bad... now I am heading back to the store to return the remaining rolls and to start the search for my new toilet paper.

Have you changed your formula? i have used Scott toilet paper for years with no problem. It was the only toilet paper that I wasn’t allergic to. But now I seem to be allergic to Scott as well. How do I find out if it a change in your formula that is to blame?

I used this tissue for 15 years, but hadn't bought it recently. It has changed, becoming so thin as to be worthless. You have to unroll several yards of the stuff. Can't wait till the 12 roll package is gone. Scott had a good product, but cheapened it into uselessness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the opportunity to sample 'SCOTT 1000' toilet paper. I thought it was on the thin side but it seems to clean well. It did not tear and was gentle on skin. I think it's good value, lasts longer than the bargain 4 pack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the fact that this roll just keeps going. It is lasting a very long time. The only thing is, I wish it was a little thicker so I didn’t have to use so much. It is nice that it doesn’t break apart as you use it.

I am a Scott tissue person. 100%. The original version. I noticed it seemed thinner and it was shedding etc. I considered it a fluke. Just opened a third pack and it is just not what I'm used to. It shreds. It pills. Fingers go right thru it. I see an earlier comment that you haven't changed anything. If that is the case your quality control is severely lacking.

I buy Scotts all the time. I have 2 daughters, 9 and 3, and a roll lasts a month. I love it! My husband doesn't understand and is lured by "cuddly soft" brands that only last 2 weeks!! Moreover, it is easy to flush when my 3 year gets rolls off too much. I grew up with the brand and will continue to use it in my home. No other brand will do!
