When I Was a kid, we had a septic tank, so my mom always bought Scott. I didn't particularly care for (or think about) it, just knowing that I preferred the funny commercials from another brand. But as soon as I moved out and had to do my own necessity-shopping, I learned quickly that Scott is still the way to go. The texture is great (no "flakes") and like so many others are quick to point out, this is hands-down the longest-lasting roll I've ever bought. I do want to point out that I like tubeless, too, but the texture is just not the same as the Scott 1000, nor does it last as long! All that said, from a college house of 6 to my tiny apartment four years later, Scott is my go-to!

Amazingly, after the first use (which I did use double the amount I'd used with my regular product) I discovered it wasn't necessary. It wasn't as soft as my regular product, but I would buy it.

Scott toilet tissue is by far the best ever made. It's soft, leaves no lint and last longer. I have not bought any other brand in maybe over eight years. When I am force to use other brands at friends home it makes me unhappy. I give it 5⭐️+. Will recommend to others 100%.

This toilet paper was all that was on the shelves when at the store, so I bought it. We always buy another brand, which is two-ply. This is not. We have to use twice as much to get clean! What's the point? Would not buy it again. The label says it's safe to flush, but, isn't all toilet paper safe to flush Isn't it why it's TOILET PAPER?

The fact that it's one-ply means I had to use an excessive amount just to feel somewhat clean, practically going through a quarter of the roll each time wrapping it around my hand like a mummy. The texture is uncomfortably rough, making it harsh on the skin. Moreover, its lack of durability is astonishing—any contact with moisture causes it to disintegrate almost immediately. I would not recommend this product, if you buy proceed with caution and a bunch of backup rolls.

Upon first look, one may think the toilet paper looks thin and lacking in softness. In all actuality, the toilet paper is quite durable (no fingers break through or falling apart/breaking during use) Regarding the texture, this toilet paper is the perfect balance of soft and smooth, as it is soft enough to not cause any irritation or discomfort and smooth enough that it cleans effectively without leaving any lint or paper product behind. If I had one complaint/suggestion, it would be that the paper was a hair thicker. Finally, this toilet paper is extremely septic friendly and breaks down perfectly to easily pass through septic systems. Overall, in my opinion, Scott 1000 is the best toilet paper for an effective, comfortable clean and one that passes through septic systems with no issue.

To be honest this Brand of toilet paper does not deserve a one star. This is the thinnest and most rough toilet paper I have purchased. It does not leave you feeling clean and after two times of using this bathroom tissue you will be needed some cream because it will leave you raw. 12-rolls I paid for are in the trash. Very unsatisfactory product!

I am so disappointed in the quality of the paper you are producing today! what happened to the original recipe. This stings and burns and itches like wiping with fiberglass! it has teeth on one side and piles up and rubs off on me. Where is the old toilet paper I came to love over the last 25 years?! I'll order cases of old stock if you have any so it lasts.
