Your toilet paper has now gotten a strong chemical odor, and it didn't before. This is not a scent that been added, and nobody I talked to has believed that. Others are noticing it too. I am forced to switch brands with others who feel the same but want to switch back. This was a mistake, please change back soon or more than likely it will start hurting your sales. For many years, I only bought that "luxury" tissue that we are not supposed to squeeze. I live in a vintage house in an historic community with old trees, sewers, etc. We all love our homes but have frequent problems with sewer backups. My plumber told me to use only Scott 1000 and "I would never see him again" and it WORKS!!

I grew up using your regular TP as it was affordable and long lasting. After marriage, I converted my husband from a perfume brand (yuk) and we raised our kids using this necessity. Recently your rolls are so thin I can see through them. The new paper tears easily leaving "behind" debris! Yuk again! I want the better quality paper I grew up with. Until then, we are moving on to another brand. And no thanks to ultra soft or smelly scented tissue.

I have bought Scott Toilet paper for many many years, the last 24 pack I bought I'm so disappointed with it, the paper seems to be much thinner than it ever was.. I'm wondering when this changed.. Definitely going to have to move onto something else.. I loved this TP. :-(

I have always bought the Scott 1000 toilet tissue. My mother always bought the Scott 1000 toilet tissue. It was always more economical and durable. However, Scott decided to change the size of the tissue from 4.5 x 5 to 3 x 3. It falls out of my holder and I have to change the roll every couple of days. I would have rather you raised the price than try and trick us with the size of the sheet. I am now looking for another toilet tissue to buy.

I know people enjoy soft paper for their bottom but then you get the soft paper all over your bottom as well as when it’s too soft it doesn’t break down in your septic system. This Scott tissue truly is long lasting and works perfect. I (knock on wood) don’t have issues with plumbing or back up.
