Have been using this for many years. I appreciate the fact that it still is a wider roll than other products. A much better value than bargain brands. The 1000 sheets means a new roll once a week for us rather than other tissue lasting a day. Please don't change it! In this day and age it is hard to be brand loyal with constantly changing formulas and downsizing of everything to save on cost but I am able to stay brand loyal with this product.

Your toilet tissue is almost not usable.I bought several large packages and may have to destroy. The 2 ply separates on the roll and is so this you can see thru it, It is also rough. What has happened to your product. Will Not recommend it to anyone will find another product that is septic safe.

I buy this TP all the time but recently have noticed that it is getting really thin. Even my mother in law said the same thing. When you have a house full like I do it needs to last a while but since it's so thin they have to use more. Or maybe that's your idea so we buy more!!!

Beyond that, I cannot find any reasons to recommend this product. It is thin, so thin you can easily see through it. It claims to last a long time, but I have to construct a giant wad in order to have enough coverage and protection. It is scratchy and itchy and makes me unhappy. But the men in my life love it. Go figure!

It doesn’t have all the particles that get in the air and all over your clothes. It is safe for septic systems and it gets the job done. I often use it as tissue to blow my nose. I definitely think it’s the best tp out there. I didn’t know until recently that it was the first to put it on a roll and also take it off. Scott offers many options depending on your needs for home, business and RV. It is the best value for your money because it lasts longer. It’s sustainable and made in the USA. I’m definitely always purchasing Scott brand toilet paper. It lasts and doesn’t linger behind.

Honestly I thought Scott was supposed to be a good brand of toilet paper but  I hated it. It was so thin and not soft at all. It felt like the cheap toilet paper you get from the dollar store. The price was okay but the rolls itself were small and not worth it.

not sure what has happened only tp I have bought since 1990 and before that my parents did but the last few packages have been nothing like Scott's of the past not sure if it is due to a bad batch or tp shortages but nothing like before always bought it for the strength and long lasting these last ones though a baby could blow eight through them and with how thin they are now you have to use 2x the amount hope it goes back to the norm hate to have to switch after 30 yrs always recommend this product as the best cant right now hope it was just a batch from a plant and not a full change in product

I have used Scott toilet paper for 45 years and my Mom did for my first 21 years. Do you think your customers are stupid? i have watched the width shrink by 1/2" and the paper become so thin it falls apart when used. My loyalty has dissolved like your product. I guess it's time to give other brands a try. So disappointed in you!

We have used Scott for years and usually buy the single rolls. The last few years the consistency of the tissue varies greatly from roll to roll. One will be thin and scratchy and the next softer. Sometimes the tissue is very flat and sometimes has faint lines on it. What is up with this? I will continue to use for now, but would love to know why we see such differences.
