I would say it is a solid choice as it is more cost effective than Charmin (my preferred brand) and measures up closely.

Scott is definitely top in toilet paper. We buy this brand alot and it never disappoints. A roll can last about 4 days. Scott tissue is great quality and texture. Its not rough, its smooth and thick enough to where you don't need to unroll half the roll to wipe.

I couldn't get Scott toilet paper for a month after Covid-19 hit. This has bern the only paper I could use for 20 years that didn't irritate my lady parts. Just as I was to run out my local WalMart restocked and I also was able to order some. I don't know whst has happened but sonething has changed. Scott toilet paper has irritated my skin terribly. I still had one roll of my old stock left (pre-Covid 19) and it did not bother me. The responses to everyone writing the reviews is the same saying nothing has changed. That is a lie. It is thinner. I could accept this as long as it did not cause irritation. By my comparing it to my older roll I have proven that there is a change. I don't know if it is just thinner and rougher or if you are using a different process to make it. I am now on a search for a different toilet paper or will just use cloth wipes I make and throw away. What a shame to have to do this after 20 years, but it is what it is. I don't think all these bad reviews are wrong. Scott toilet HAS changed!!!

Scott is the only brand that I use in my home. The product is durable and you get more for your money. It's also better for your septic tank or toilet and it lasts a long time. it is not very soft at all. However, it is still a good toilet paper, and the price is also fair. And it also could be a little thicker.

My family has used Scott TP for many generations and always thought it was the best TP. The last couple of times I purchased the product, the quality of the TP has gone way down. It is now so thin that you do not get properly cleaned when using. I have read many reviews and your canned responses. Obviously, you do not care about your customers. Many users are saying it is different yet you reply no changes have been made. That can not be true. If no changes have been made, why are customers who were completely satisfied now so unsatisfied? They, including myself, have not changed so obviously it is your TP that has changed. Please do not respond with the canned text I have read in response to other poor reviews on this site as they are meaningless. The fact that people complain about the quality and you suggest they try a different version of Scott's TP is a joke. Why do you ask people to call to discuss their complaints. Does this call, if made, do anything to make the quality of your TP better? I doubt it. Do you have a quality control unit? If the answer is yes, they must be sleeping on the job. I guess you do not care how many people you lose as customers because your product HAS CHANGED!!!

For 20 years I have bought Scott’s toilet paper last month I bought a pack of 20 rolls and the quality was just horrible the paper was rough And horrible I thought this was not the usual toilet paper I always get, I gave you the benefit of the doubt I thought I was just a bad batch but this month I also bought another 20 roll toilet paper pack and it was way worst. it’s way too thin the paper just ripped apart by just holding it that’s just horrible quality. I need to know that you guys will take responsibility and fix this or at least give me a refund for the money I spent because I cannot use it! I will not use the toilet paper it’s very bad quality.
