Its pretty thin for a toilet paper but it rarely clogs the toilet and it doesn’t clump up and leave little tissue balls in unwanted areas. Its 1 ply and a good price. So you gotta use a few extra sheets, its like choose a size in paper towels but for toilet paper.

I dont care for the way it balls up while wiping, it didnt do this pre covid!

Kimberly Clark has really shot themselves in the foot with this latest change to their Scott toilet paper. It is now so thin that it's virtually useless and requires that you use twice as much to accomplish what it used to. They are sure to lose A LOT of brand loyal customers (such as my family and others that have recently posted reviews), that have been loyal customers for decades. I never thought that I'd have to shop around to find a toilet paper again. So sad that they've made this decision. Whatever (or whomever) drove this decision didn't think things through as far as consumer reaction. Mark my words, this will be like when Coca-Cola came out with their "new formula" coke in 1985 and everyone hated it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scott’s 1000 sheet toilet paper is soft but very very thin, not in my opinion very absorbing. Brakes almost immediately when using, it’s most definitely is good for the septic tank because it disappears in an instant when it gets wet.

We always used Scott products growing up. I am not typically a brand loyal customer. I've tied a lot of other paper towel and toilet paper brands and have returned to Scott. They do what I want them to do as well or better than other brands, they are priced right and the toilet tissue lasts significantly longer than competitors' products. They aren't perfumed or embellished. It's just a straight forward product that really hasn't changed over the years. I for one think "new & improved" is overrated.

It lasts long so I don't have to change a new one very often. The paper is soft, but strong and dissolves very quickly. I will stick with this one from now on.

This toilet paper says 2 ply. You actually can read a new paper through it. Years ago this was the only toilet paper that I would buy. But now you have to use half a roll to get the job done. This is crappy toilet paper. Never again will I purchase it.

I still had a few rolls of Scott t-paper that I bought before Covid - yes, I happened to have stocked up at a good time. I recently bought Scott t-paper again and it is terrible!!!! I have used Scott for decades, but those days are over. By the way, I actually compared a new roll to an old roll and the difference was amazing - amazingly disappointing.
