I have literally used Scott toilet paper for my entire life. (67 years). My mother used it and her children have continued using it. Recently we were talking about it and have noticed that it seems thinner, the paper hardly ever tears straight across - unless you’re really careful, and doesn’t seem to be as absorbent as in the past, thus not lasting as long. Not sure what happened to it, but not the same product that we’ve used forever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I thought this paper was low quality because it was so thin, but it is quite absorbent for how thin it is. I do feel I need to use a bit more but overall I believe it lasted longer that my more plush paper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet paper is very soft and extremely absorbent for a 1 ply toilet paper. There is no fragrance which is good. I like that it’s as eco friendly as possibly. The cores are 100% recycled cores.

It took me a while to realize the cardboard rolls piled up quickly in the garbage can .... And then I tried Scott 1,000 sheet per roll! We have 3 Married children and it's all they buy as well. With 3 granddaughters flowing thru the house , I love the fact that I'm not asked to get another roll.

It has a good price but I’m willing to pay more for softer and thicker brands. This is not one place I can skimp. It is good for septic systems so that is a place! And the packaging is eco friendly.

I've purchased Scott toilet paper for 20 years. For the past 6-8 months I've noticed the quality has diminished. It's become so thin that you can read through it. Also, because it's so thin you need to use twice as much. I'll also say that it feels more "scratchy". I guess Kimberly-Clark does not care about it's loyal customers. They cannot tell me that they do not know the dramatic drop in quality of their toilet paper. Don't waste your money on this product, especially when money is so tight. It's a shame but I will be switching to another brand.

We have used Scott single ply for over 25 years. Something has changed in the last year or so. This product is no longer soft & the quality of this product has greatly declined. It is so abrasive, it feels like im sanding between my cheeks. If I were a bear in the woods, id prefer a leaf, maybe even tree bark, it is seriously that bad. Ive read other similar reviews & the replies from the company stating that nothing has changed, that is not truthful. Ill gladly send you one of my 20 rolls to try & ill send along some diaper cream, you will need it & can thank me later. So, Kimberly-Clark, what are you going to do to fix this problem. Its not a small issue either, considering how much toilet paper people go through in their lives, it seems like something you may want to address. Meanwhile, im on the search for a different product, id rather not have butt rash, if you know what I mean.

My family and I have been Scott bathroom tissue users exclusively for over 20 years. Our last package purchased had a new redesigned tissue with diamond pattern texture added. We find this to be abrasive and not pleasant. We are having to consider leavIng your brand for another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s decent toilet paper if you are in an RV or if you have a sensitive septic system. It’s not something I would buy for my home personally. But there are instances where this would be a great choice.
