This toilet paper is just fine when that’s all you need. It’s cost effective but not soft and cushy or thick and absorbent. It serves its purpose but it’s not the best. It’s also not the worst. You have to use a little more than the thicker toilet papers to absorb all the mess, but other than that it’s good.

I buy Scott because my septic system likes it. However, the more I buy, the more disappointed I've become. The sheets are so thin you have to use twice as much. So the 1000 sheets are really only 500 and there is so much glue on the roll you waste 2-3 rounds getting the roll to start! And don't get me started on the huge price increase for less product.

However we also noticed that each sheet was thinner than the roll we bought at our local super market. Are the toliet papers made for wholesale clubs different than the products offered in regular super markets?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually buy costco’s/kirkland brand toilet paper, decided to give this one a try since, very different in every aspect, it’s much more durable, much softer, and absorbs far more than it’s counterparts.

I have been using Scott 1,000 rolls since I was a kid. I love that I don't have to change the roll as frequently as other tissues. Lately I have been very frustrated when opening a new roll of tissue...You are gluing down the starter edge so that there is no way to get a grip on anything to start the roll going. So you end up having to rip through several sheets to get it going, making a mess of tiny tissue pieces all over the floor. Why do you need to glue these edges down when these rolls are individually wrapped anyway? If you do glue the edge down, you must leave a loose end to grab on to (and you used to). This has been going on for some time now and frustrating me for some time now and I've been meaning to write you about it for some time now too...happened again today so I decided to write. If you don't fix this, I'm regretfully moving on to a new brand.

We used to have issues with our septic system clogging when we first bought the house a few years ago. The third plumber we had out recommended Scott's 1000. We started buying it and we have not had an issue since and that was over a year ago! I'm down to my last few rolls and the only kind I can find is Charmin, which would clogged my pipes in a day or so! Can you help me find a place to order it online or maybe even direct from the factory! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a loyal Scott user... key word was I stopped buying it a few months ago. When I found out I was receiving this I was hoping it had gone back to the old Scott. Its so thin and rough now. My husbamd.cwont even use it.

I found it to be not only very soft but also sturdy. 4 rolls with 4000 sheets is quite a significant amount. Each roll lasted much longer than I expected. Plus it's great for my septic. I will definitely continue to use this brand.

My family likes the functionality of this toilet paper. It is not too soft where your fingers go through and make a mess and it is not to harsh where it chaps your bum. We have several girls in our household and this TP gets a thumbs up from all of them. 

My family and I have always used Scott’s. The pros to this product is that you won’t have to worry about kids using too much and clogging the toilets but the con to me using this products is that it isn’t the softest/thickest but it gets everything you need clean, cleaned haha
