We have old & outdated plumbing, every tiolet paper seemed to clogg/overflow the toilet,35yrs in this apartment and Scott 1000 sheets per roll works never cloggs toilet, we've use and love Scott 1000™. Great product with normal use( not a ton of toilet paper).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Toilet paper looks good, well packed. But it is very thin, single-layer, so the consumption of such paper will be higher than multi-layer. Maybe someone likes this and, probably, it is better for the toilet, but even when using other, thicker companies, the toilet does not clog.

I would like to voice my opinion on this matter because it strongly bothers me. I have been using Scottissue for years now. Now i am seeing a tv commercial advertising your tubeless tissue. and what a great concept it is because consumers use a lot of this product. you hail your pride in it, yet you still sell it ina plastic wrapper. i would like to note this...paper (even tubes) dissolves easily while the plastic wrapper on your products can take up to 12 years to dissolve. dont you think it would eb a greater service to our world to once again start sellling your product in a thin paper wrapper? this is just MY own opinion and somethign that i think would be a more viable selling point that doing away with the tube.

Yes, you'll have to use more than a couple sheets, but I still consider it a viable, budget option for basic TP! Plus, it being septic safe is better for the environment, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Your standard Scott toilet paper. It is a little thin, but the pattern on it is better than the usual non-patterned. Peeling off layers of toilet paper does not leave much of the paper dust that some other toilet papers can leave.

My family used Scott tissue when I was growing up, and I have used it ever since. It is a no-nonsense product, but it does it’s job and I have always been satisfied with it. Recently, however, I have noticed that many rolls are difficult to start because the glue line that holds it end in place is so hard to unstick that I end up tearing several players to shreds trying to release the end. And Donald, I have a role that she would escape all of the control. It must be from the edge of whatever wide sheet is rolled into multiple rolls at the factory before they are cut apart. One edge is ragged, and the width of the paper varies from almost nothing to full width and back down to almost nothing several times. Almost unusuable!

By far the best TP !! We have a septic tank and this is the best for them. I used to use another name brand and although it was a bit softer , I had to have the tank pumped once or twice a year. That gets expensive. So I switched to Scott and I haven't had to call to get the tank pumped in 3 years. This TP breaks down in water. I have kids and they don't always use the correct amount but they have never clogged the toilet like they did with the other brand I used to use.
