The quality of Scott toilet paper has fallen off a cliff. It used to be great but now it is below mediocre. Any small amount of liquid dissolves the tissue in your hand. Maybe good for a septic system, terrible in your hand. Read that sentence again please, I will not buy this brand again, local store has a knock off brand that is as great as yours was. Another longtime customer lost to falling standards to make maximum profit.
