It’s soft and durable and yes, sometimes you need thicker paper but with Scott 1 ply you control how thick you need it. All that being said, after just minutes in water it’s amazing how quickly and almost completely it breaks down making it the safest toilet paper for your pipes.

We have never been people who like things that are fancy, faddish or wanting to impress our friends with soft a perfumed bathroom experience. After all you are going to flush it down. Then why pay for something high priced just to watch it go down the toilet.

It is a large roll and each sheet is strong - not tearing and only ripping cleanly on the intended perforation. A bonus is that it is good for your plumbing since it is 1-ply, yet it is very soft and absorbent and you don’t have to use a whole lot. I think it feels softer than other brands of 1-ply that I have had. It is thin but still thick enough to get the job done while still good for flushing. Highly recommend, especially if you like or need 1-ply. Our family uses 1-ply and we will definitely buy this product.
