[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a mixed review of Scott® 1000 Sheet 1-Ply Toilet Paper. It’s a good paper if you need something economical and/or thin enough to not clog your septic system, but it should be said that this paper is in fact extremely thin and fine, and not the most comfortable nor effective to use. Granted, the very thick, plush, multi-ply options are often too much and do in fact clog the plumbing, this paper is the other end of the spectrum as it’s basically see-thru and non-existent. My preference is a toilet paper somewhere in the middle. One that does the job, without being overkill. But again, if sensitive septic symptoms like RV’s and boats are the concern, then this simple clog-free paper is the perfect choice.

It’s actually sturdy enough that I don’t break through, and it doesn’t shed a bunch of lint or leave anything behind. I find that 2 ply does this more often. The real reason I keep buying it, though, is how long a roll lasts—seriously, it goes way farther than most 2 ply. And in a household of 6, it's been a game changer as far as stretching my dollar. The one downside is it’s not super plush-soft.

Your hands can tell it isn't Charmin, your backside doesn't know the difference and with seven in our household currently the price point is right. Who wants to spend an unnecessary amount of money on something that the whole point of it is to get rid of it!?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just tried out some Scott brand 1 ply bath tissue and was pleasantly impressed with the results I had. The tissue is rather thick compared to most other brands so it doesn’t tear and cleans up without using too much resulting in a longer lasting roll. It flushes very easily and never clogs up like other brands. It is also soft and smooth on the skin so it will not irritate when blowing your nose. The tissue is also packaged well in sturdy plastic so it won’t break apart while it’s in storage. Scott has now earned my trust and become my go brand for bath tissue. All and all I feel it’s a great quality product and does everything you could possibly expect from a bath tissue and I would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.
